About the Role
As a Technical Recruiter, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions while collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify, attract, and onboard top technology talent. You'll play a key role in building strong candidate pipelines and supporting business growth through effective hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
• Handle C2C, C2H, and permanent hiring requirements.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen, evaluate, and engage potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment data and hiring reports.
