About the Role

As an IT Recruiter or Bench Sales Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and placing IT professionals while working closely with clients and candidates. You'll gain hands-on experience in the US staffing process and contribute to successful talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen IT candidates.

• Coordinate interviews with clients.

• Build and maintain candidate relationships.

• Manage bench consultants and marketing activities.

• Work with recruitment portals and job boards.

• Maintain recruitment databases and reports.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and sales teams.

• Meet hiring and placement targets.
