Key Responsibilities

• Develop open-source Python libraries for AI alignment and explainability

• Build and improve AI alignment and interpretability tools

• Research Explainable AI (XAI) techniques

• Work on Mechanistic Interpretability of neural networks

• Develop uncertainty estimation and robustness techniques

• Improve Tabular Foundation Models like Orion and TabTune

• Research Reinforcement Learning algorithms

• Conduct AI experiments and contribute to research papers

• Collaborate with research and engineering teams

Required Skills

• Strong Python programming skills

• Hands-on experience with PyTorch

• Excellent understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning

• Knowledge of Transformer architectures
