About the Role

As a Client Services Associate, you will act as the bridge between customers and internal teams. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction, improve onboarding experiences, and help clients maximize the value of the company's products and services.

• Build strong relationships with international clients

• Collaborate with Product Development and Billing teams

• Handle customer interactions through calls and chats
