AI-Native Product EngineerAbout the Role
As an AI-Native Product Engineer, you will own the core systems powering Optima's AI products, including context engineering, memory architecture, tool design, runtime systems, observability, evaluations, and generative user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and build AI product infrastructure and agent systems
• Develop context engineering and memory architectures
• Create scalable tool frameworks and runtime systems
• Build typed generative UI experiences
• Implement evaluation pipelines and observability systems
• Collaborate across product and engineering teams
• Deliver high-quality production-ready systems
